Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making payment through our website, you acknowledge that:

• All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Applicable transaction or processing fees may be added during checkout
• Payment information is handled securely by Paystack and is not stored by NOBZTECH

Certain projects require an upfront deposit before commencement. Deposit requirements will be outlined in the project quotation.

Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable due to resource allocation and time already invested in the project.

Refund requests will be considered at NOBZTECH's discretion where work has not yet started.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received.

Until full payment is made, all concepts, drafts, source files, and work produced remain the property of NOBZTECH.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NOBZTECH reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio or marketing materials.

Our website and services may integrate with third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Paystack, Google, Meta, and WhatsApp.

NOBZTECH is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services.

Users are encouraged to review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

NOBZTECH shall not be held liable for:

• Third-party platform failures or service interruptions
